Mary is survived by her stepchildren, John Cartwright, Craig Cartwright, Christopher Cartwright, and Cynthia Wilson sister, Zola Oster son-in-law, Kenneth Johnson grandchildren, Duane and Robyn step grandchildren, Rebecca, Sarah, Aaron, John, Samuel and Elizabeth great grandchildren, Ashley, Asia, Ayla, Tehya, Alexandria, Amanda, Gracie, Darren, Kendell, Kade, Braylon, Lane, Kaylee and Rhyan. Mary was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother who leaves behind many wonderful memories for her family to cherish. Above all, she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

She also enjoyed sewing and ceramics in her free time. She loved to be outside, especially gardening and bird watching. Mary was very involved in the Methodist Church and enjoyed attending and helping out with church events. She married the love of her life, Mark Cartwright, on Maand they spent 41 years together before his passing in 2015. Mary was a Registered Nurse for over 20 years and genuinely loved her job and helping people.
She was born on Main Olive, Oklahoma the daughter of Clyde and Melvina (Rusco) Gear.
